## Key Responsibilities Accurately and efficiently dispense prescriptions in a timely manner Deliver high-quality clinical services, including initiating care plans, conducting follow-ups, and maintaining proper documentation Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong patient relationships Contribute to business growth through community-based marketing initiatives Demonstrate leadership and support team performance and development Collaborate effectively with team members and healthcare professionals ## Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy Valid Class A Pharmacist License (required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to deliver professional and patient-focused care Leadership and performance management capabilities Preferred (but not required): Additional Prescribing Authorization (APA), we are willing work to with you towards that certification Experience with Kroll pharmacy management system For the North Edmonton location: proficiency in Arabic is considered a strong asset ## Work Schedule Full-time position 8–10 hour shifts ## Compensation & Benefits Competitive market rate plus a percentage-based compensation for clinical services provided Supportive and collaborative work environment Opportunities for professional growth and development
