This position will offer you the capacity to apply your knowledge and expertise toward supporting quality health services and patient care.Responsibilities You will dispense medications to patients and interpret IV admixture orders and prepare primary IV/solutions You will manufacture nonstandard pharmaceutical preparations when required and maintain appropriate records You will supervise support personnel and assumes responsibility for final check of all completed work You will assist in the inspection of all pharmaceutical supplies on all services You will provide for the safe and accurate provision of pharmaceutical care service Requirements Completion of an ASHP accredited pharmacy residency preferred Licensed as a pharmacist in the State of Washington Minimum one (1) year of pharmacy experience preferred in setting appropriate to work assignment (hospital, retail, clinic or other) Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association **About Yakima Memorial Hospital** MultiCare Yakima Memorial Hospital has served the Yakima Valley since 1950.
