This position will offer you the capacity to apply your knowledge and expertise toward supporting quality health services and patient care. **Responsibilities** * You will dispense medications to patients and interpret IV admixture orders and prepare primary IV/solutions * You will manufacture nonstandard pharmaceutical preparations when required and maintain appropriate records * You will supervise support personnel and assumes responsibility for final check of all completed work * You will assist in the inspection of all pharmaceutical supplies on all services * You will provide for the safe and accurate provision of pharmaceutical care service **Requirements** * Completion of an ASHP accredited pharmacy residency preferred * Licensed as a pharmacist in the State of Washington * Minimum one (1) year of pharmacy experience preferred in setting appropriate to work assignment (hospital, retail, clinic or other) **About Covington Medical Center** MultiCare Covington Medical Center, a four-story, 58-bed hub, serves southeast King County with inpatient and outpatient surgical care, a birth center, primary and specialty care, urgent care, 24-hour Emergency Department, pharmacy, lab and imaging services.
