This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, POS systems, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. This position has allergen warnings including potential exposure to dust, pollen, and plant pathogens and requires the ability to work in confined spaces, have a high stress tolerance, adaptability, and be flexible to work in an ever-changing environment., Flexibility with scheduling, able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

What You'll Do.

ensuring smooth operations and compliant distribution of cannabis products

Provide patients with accurate product recommendations

Assist patients with questions

adjusting recommendations and/or dosing based on patient feedback

Train team members on product knowledge

ensuring they provide proper recommendations to patients

Build and maintain relationships with physicians

and professionals in the community

Deepen your understanding of cannabis products

and the efficacy of different strains and delivery methods

Ensure compliance with company policies

and all federal and state laws

Oversee inventory audits and dispensing operations

Assist with inventory forecasting

and maintaining systems for regulatory reporting and sales analysis
