Must Have
Graduate of an ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy with a BS or PharmD, Maintains current license for pharmacist in the state(s) where practicing, Valid state issued ID, 2 years of recent experience in an acute care setting, Experience in field of pharmacy practice, Exhibit proficient use of all computer hardware and software
Nice to Have
Advanced pharmacy degree – Doctor of Pharmacy, Masters, Residency, Immunization Certified, 1 year of leadership experience, One year of experience in field of pharmacy practice, EPIC Electronic Health Record
What You'll Do.
Process orders and provide medication review
Ensure accurate preparation of compounded products
Oversee distributive functions of the pharmacy department
Oversee pharmacy technicians and support personnel
Maintain responsibility for security of pharmacy inventory
and resolve adverse medication events
Perform medication education to improve patient understanding
Participate in departmental medication safety activities

Work collaboratively and effectively to communicate verbally and in writing with pharmacy team members, healthcare providers, patients, caregivers, and leaders
