Nice to Have
Previous experience providing pharmacy services in an Indian Health Service, Tribal, or Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) setting. Familiarity with IHS-specific systems such as RPMS and the IHS pharmacy module. Background in chronic disease management pharmacotherapy, particularly for conditions prevalent in Native American populations (e. g. , diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular disease). Experience delivering immunizations and conducting clinical screenings in an outpatient environment. Comfort operating in a high-volume, team-based outpatient clinic with diverse patient needs and varying workload demands.
