What You'll Do.
Provide comprehensive clinical pharmacy services
Participate on inter-disciplinary patient care team rounds
Provide consultative input on safe and effective drug
Manage established clinical pharmacy programs or services
Monitor assigned patient populations for clinical progress
Recommend adjustments to therapy
