Must Have

Phantom Works Capability Accelerator Cell Site Program Manager **Company:** The Boeing Company **Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS)** and **Phantom Works Capability Accelerator Cell (CAC)** are seeking results-driven **Senior Program Manager (Level L)** to lead program execution and provide regional site leadership for the Pacific Northwest, primarily supporting the **Tukwila and Kent, Washington** locations within **Phantom Works**. This role will oversee multiple portfolios, manage program deliverables, establish and control cost and schedule baselines, and assess performance against the Program Management Baseline Plan (PMBP) to ensure successful contract execution and delivery of mission-critical capabilities. The position will provide leadership to direct reports and cross-functional teams, including supply chain, engineering, quality, operations, and materials functions, while partnering across the Boeing enterprise and reporting to leadership in St. Louis. The ideal candidate will bring strong program management and operational oversight to support portfolio objectives, site effectiveness, workforce alignment, and a high-performing, collaborative environment. This leader will be expected to operate with a high degree of initiative and accountability while advancing both program execution and site leadership responsibilities. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead program execution and contract management for Phantom Works projects at the Tukwila and Kent sites, including acquiring resources for projects and processes and providing technical management of suppliers. * Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports. * Lead the site team in identifying and resolving emergent issues, removing roadblocks, and ensuring effective program execution. * Develop, maintain, and assess program deliverables, cost and schedule baselines in accordance with established Program Management Best Practices (PMBP)
