We're looking for a team player who is ready to contribute to our mission, just like you! **Account specific roles and responsibilities:** * Monitor, track, and analyze quality measure performance and outcomes. * Identify opportunities for quality improvement and implement corrective action plans. * Review clinical documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements. * Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to improve quality measure scores and patient outcomes. * Conduct audits and provide recommendations based on findings. * Interpret quality measure data and prepare reports for leadership and stakeholders. * Support ongoing quality improvement initiatives and performance management activities. * Stay current with industry regulations, best practices, and quality reporting requirements. **Requirements** * Current and valid PHRN license * **USRN** license is a PLUS * At least 6 months of Bedside/Clinical experience * Must be knowledgeable with **MDS (Minimum Data Set)** * **Quality measures experience is a PLUS** * Strong knowledge of prehospital patient care protocols, standards, and regulatory requirements. * Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. * Good Verbal and Written English Communication Skills​ * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. * Commitment to continuous learning and professional development. * Must be residing within GMA (Greater Manila Area) * Willing to work on shifting schedule. **Benefits** **What can we offer you?** * Competit
