Launch RFI/RFP process
Prepare and launch RFP/RFQ
Calculate risks and opportunities
Manage H/L sourcing escalation process
Evaluate escalation requests
Negotiate with Logistics Service Provider
Document logistic concept changes
Update supplier non-conformities
Escalate supplier issues
Ensure costs align with tariffs
Ensure costs align with agreements
Reduce transportation costs
Ensure vendor compliance
Initiate cost out initiatives
Establish productive relationships with providers
Maintain productive relationships with forwarders
