Collect Flash numbers
Validate Flash numbers
Validate numbers reported in management tool
Make corrections to management tool numbers
Prepare Hub presentation
Coordinate with Hub controller
Coordinate with Stake Holders
Collect Forecast numbers
Report Forecast numbers
Drive Budget process at Hub level
Coordinate with Country Controllers
Resolve queries between Business Unit and Hub
Check for best practices
Implement best practices
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Enhance operational efficiency
Enhance service quality
Prepare presentations
Prepare communication materials
Support implementation of company policies
Support adherence to company policies
