Must Have
Minimum of six years of experience supporting senior-level executives in a fast-paced professional environment, Prior experience in the financial services or investment management industry, Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset, Sense of ownership, Client-service orientation, Comfortable operating in ambiguity, Adapting quickly as priorities evolve, Proven project and workflow management skills, Ability to manage a high volume of concurrent requests, Maintaining accuracy and follow-through, Exceptional attention to detail, Commitment to producing polished, executive-level deliverables, Time-management and prioritization skills, Judgment to manage shifting deadlines and competing stakeholder needs, Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Working knowledge of Excel, High level of integrity, Discretion, Judgment in handling highly sensitive and confidential information, Ability to communicate effectively across teams, Working knowledge of Concur, Working knowledge of Workday, Flexibility to work overtime as needed

Provide administrative and operational support

Schedule large meetings with executives
Coordinate international travel
Support client meetings

Coordinate internal prep sessions
Prepare PowerPoint presentations
Produce executive-ready materials
Serve as professional point of contact
Coordinate employee events

Provide backup coverage for EAs
