What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High School Diploma / GED, 0-2+ years work experience in a healthcare, business, retail, customer service setting
Nice to Have
PC skills in a Windows environment, Knowledge and utilization of desktop applications to include Word and Excel, Ability to initiate and follow through on projects and work independently
What You'll Do.
Support Patient Financial Services in daily operations
Support Explanation of Benefits review
Support special projects
Perform all job-related duties as assigned
Document and distribute business-related requests
Process all outgoing correspondence daily
Retrieve and complete designated requests
Complete assigned projects
Communicate areas of concern
Complete internal requests
Complete copying and printing requests
Update patient demographic and insurance information
Perform special projects to identify and reconcile payer specific issues
