Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Analyze large-scale structured and unstructured datasets to extract insights and support strategic and operational decision-making. Develop, validate, and optimize machine learning models and statistical solutions for complex business problems. Build clear and impactful data visualizations to communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Design and execute data science experiments using Python-based tools and libraries, ensuring robustness and reproducibility. Collaborate with global teams to deliver end-to-end analytical solutions aligned with business needs. Apply software engineering best practices (version control, containerization, testing, and modular design) to data science workflows. Work with relational databases and large-scale data environments to ensure efficient data manipulation and access. Requirements: Ph.D. (or strong academic background) in STEM-related fields such as Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or similar quantitative disciplines. Bachelor’s degree is mandatory. Proven experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and statistical modeling in production or applied environments. Strong programming skills in Python, including experience with Pandas, Scikit-learn, and Jupyter notebooks. Solid knowledge of SQL, PostgreSQL, and relational database systems. Experience handling large volumes of data and working with unstructured datasets. Familiarity with software engineering practices, including Git, Docker, and AWS. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail. Advanced English communication skills (mandatory for interviews and global collaboration).
