1 year of personal training experience, Certified personal Trainer, CPR and AED Certified, Knowledge of fitness, Knowledge of cardiovascular training, Knowledge of nutrition, Knowledge of program design, Ability to perform aerobic activity, Ability to bend, Ability to stand, Ability to reach, Ability to climb, Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Nice to Have

Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, Bachelor’s degree in Sports Medicine, Bachelor’s degree in other related field

Develop personal training programs

Monitor clients during sessions

Instruct clients on equipment use
