Must Have
Current Personal Training certification or willingness to obtain one through certification reimbursement program., Current CPR/AED certification, Possess passion, ambition, drive, and knowledge regarding fitness, Ability to work in-person during weekdays/weekends, verbal and written communication skills, Effective time management and organizational skills, Basic computer and technology skills, Energetic, friendly, punctual, and respectful
Nice to Have
Eligibility to begin a higher Tier & pay rate based on previous experience and education (Degree in the field)
What You'll Do.
Build and maintain an active client base
Manage and maintain an accurate schedule
Market and sell personal training programs
Maintain knowledge of all club services
Execute fitness assessments
and other complimentary services
Interact with members to enhance their workouts and overall club experience
Create and coach personalized programs for both in-person and virtual clients
Maintain an organized and safe fitness floor
How You'll Work.

Attend and participate in any required one-on-one or team meetings with management
