What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Graduate of an approved Personal Support Worker course in Ontario, or equivalent, Current CPR Certificate, Ability to work permanent day shifts, including weekends and short shifts, Ability to work an alternate shift(s) to meet operational needs
Nice to Have
Experience in long term care setting, Registration with Health and Supportive Care Providers Oversight Authority (HSCPOA), Behavioural management training (Gentle Persuasive Approach (GPA), U-First, CPI), Basic knowledge of Workday, Ability to speak and converse in Chinese
