Must possess the physical ability to perform the day-to-day duties. G2/G License with access to a vehicle. Current Police check suitable for working with the vulnerable sector.

Valid Personal Support Worker Certificate from an approved program, or RN/RPN Student with completed first year, or Internationally licensed Nurse, Midwife or Physician. Minimum 1 year experience with palliative patients. Must possess the physical ability to perform duties. G2/G License with access to a vehicle.

Nice to Have

Successful completion of Fundamentals of Hospice Palliative or Core Concepts of Fundamentals for, and additional relevant palliative education. Current CPR and First Aid Certificate. Current Police check suitable for working with the vulnerable sector.

Working in lockstep with health system partners, you will be part of a skilled and collaborative team that supports people and their families throughout their palliative care journey.
