What They're Looking For.
Must Have
experience working in a retail or operational support role, systems and till knowledge, with the ability to process transactions accurately, confident multitasking, managing competing priorities, calls, and emails, understanding of stock management and inventory processes, excellent communicator, building relationships across multiple teams, proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving, comfortable working in a physical role, including handling stock and moving products
What You'll Do.
coordinating stock movement across the store
ensuring products are delivered efficiently and accurately to clients
Manage stock movement across departments
ensuring efficient delivery to clients and internal stakeholders
ensure timely returns to Concession and Own Bought departments
Maintain stock accuracy
promptly resolving discrepancies and escalating where needed
Coordinate stock between Harrods locations
prepare items for dispatch
Follow all compliance and security procedures
Work closely with stock control and operational teams to ensure clear communication and accurate tracking
Support Personal Shoppers with operational tasks to deliver a seamless client experience
