2+ years in a 1-to-1 client-facing role within fashion retail or luxury, Target-driven with a proven sales track record, High proficiency in written/spoken Cantonese and English, Genuine passion for contemporary and luxury fashion, Excellent organisation, attention to detail, Initiative to work independently in a fast-paced digital environment
Nice to Have
E-commerce sales experience, Mandarin proficiency, Understanding of fashion and consumer culture across Hong Kong, Taiwan, mainland China, South Korea, and Japan markets, Experience with CRM tools, clienteling platforms, or luxury/streetwear brand relationships, Knowledge of the climate

HBX is looking for a commercially minded, culturally connected Personal Shopper to deliver a best-in-class client experience across our e-commerce platform. You'll own a portfolio of clients, drive revenue through expert styling, and act as a true brand ambassador for one of Asia's leading fashion destinations. ## Responsibilities Drive tangible and intangible revenue through client acquisition, retention, growth and satisfaction. Drive sales and maximize average deal size through offering knowledgeable and professional styling advice to clients. Manage day-to-day relationships with your assigned clients — driving acquisition, retention, and reactivation of lapsed accounts. Identify opportunities to acquire new clients. Activate loyalty benefits for qualified clients and consistently find ways to surprise, delight, and reward your clientele. Maintain a deep, up-to-date knowledge of global fashion trends, drops, and street culture relevant to the HBX community. Work closely with retail, buying, marketing, and other e-commerce teams to align the client experience with platform priorities. Represent HBX with professionalism and passion in every client interaction — online and offline. Support reporting manager with ad-hoc tasks and duties. ## Requirements 2+ years in a 1-to-1 client-facing role within fashion retail or luxury. E-commerce sales experience is strongly preferred.
