## Company: Marsh ## ## Description: Marsh is looking for a **Personal Lines Insurance Advisor** in any of its offices in Canada. This is a hybrid role that requires being in the office three days a week. As a Personal Lines Insurance Advisor, you will gain subject matter expertise in specific risk exposures and/or sales areas to expand your knowledge base and better serve clients. You will assist in advising clients on risk management solutions that align with their strategic priorities and risk exposures, cultivate relationships with team members to better meet client needs, and attend, and occasionally contribute to, internal strategy meetings to better understand company strategy and serve clients. The applicable base salary range for this role is $54,900 to $108,700. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
