Explain reduction process

Link releases onto Litify

Negotiate bills with providers

Send reductions promptly

Maintain client contact

Address client queries

Conduct personal audits

Develop projection reports

Monitor projection reports

Answer incoming calls

Screen incoming calls

Transfer calls to voicemail

Provide clerical support

Obtain insurance coverage information

Follow up on medical treatment

Confirm continuity of care

Request medical records

Obtain billing statements

Communicate with insurance companies

Update adjuster information
