Personal Injury Case Management experience, Intake experience, Pre-litigation experience, Personal injury claims experience, Insurance communications experience, Client case coordination experience, Experience using Litify (Salesforce), Experience in Plaintiff Personal Injury law firm, Fluency in English and Spanish
What You'll Do.
Manage pre-litigation cases
Serve as primary client contact
Maintain client communication
Respond to client inquiries
Provide client updates and guidance
Document client communications
Document case activity
Monitor medical treatment progress
Coordinate with medical providers
Identify treatment gaps
Assist clients with scheduling
Request medical records
Obtain medical records
Upload medical records
Communicate with insurance adjusters
Obtain insurance information
Verify insurance information
Assist clients with property damage
Manage active caseload
Prioritize case progression
Identify cases for escalation
Monitor case milestones
Follow up on pending items
Save case documentation
Organize case documentation
Review files for completeness
Prepare files for review
