The Personal Care Assistant is a vital part of our team, providing aid to our participants as well as contributing to the care planning process as a member of our interdisciplinary team (IDT). Reporting to the Day Center Manager, the Personal Care Assistant will provide safe delivery of personal care services to participants at the WelbeHealth day center. This role requires ability to work full-time - no night shifts or part-time shifts available.
