What You'll Achieve.
Achievement of goals and objectives including member service scores, loan production, deposit production, new member growth and partner lines of business referrals

Occasional standing, walking, and bending required, Able to sit at a desk for moderate periods of time and use a computer, Moderately lift or move up to 5 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 10 pounds
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration under the SAFE Act of 2008, Sound understanding of standard concepts, practices, procedures, regulations and compliance within the financial services environment, Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, Good arithmetic skills, Basic personal computer skills, Knowledge of advanced products and services, Proficient in-service recovery concepts as a vehicle to enhance member satisfaction, Understand basic concepts and principles of credit underwriting, Notary appointment within 3-month period, Attend Branch Lending Training within 3-month period, Detail oriented and well organized, Flexible and able to shift resources and priorities as required, Able to complete all assignments with minimal supervision
Nice to Have
A minimum of 3 years related experience in the retail industry or financial services, Previous sales and lending experience, Previous lending experience
What You'll Do.
Provide exceptional service experience to member-owners
Develop rapport with members
and provide guidance to meet member financial needs and goals
Provide solutions including consumer and business deposit products
consumer and business lending products
and associated products and services
Refer to partners for investment solutions
Perform problem resolution
Process transactions in a back-up capacity
Engage members in conversation conducting quality guidance and credit reviews
Identify quality referrals to other business units
Accurately and efficiently process account opening and maintenance
Ensure consistent adherence to Credit Union member service standards
Provide first contact problem resolution
Execute the Branch’s plan to ensure achievement of goals and objectives
Educate members on various products and services
Proactively assist members by finding ways to make financial services more convenient
Educate members on technological tools available
Make outbound sales and service calls
Utilize member relationship tools
Manage loan and deposit pipeline
Provide information and process loan requests on all loan products
Understand IRA process and products offered
Open and provide maintenance for all IRA accounts
Adhere to Truliant’s policies
Support company decisions and goals
Follow all security and fraud prevention requirements
Adapt to meet the ever-changing needs of members and communities
Maintain integrity and confidentiality
Represent Truliant with a high level of integrity and professionalism
Exhibit a professional
business-like appearance
Research and resolve account issues
Escalate for resolution assistance as necessary
Provide assistance with member service on the Teller line
Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Refer to partners for investment solutions, insurance, and other services; Identify quality referrals to other business units such as Business Services, Mortgage, and Truliant Financial Advisors
Communication Scope
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
