What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1 - 2 years experience in Personal and Private Banking
Nice to Have
experience in either a similar Banking/Financial role, has a level of customer service experience
What You'll Do.
Act as first point of client contact
Provide exceptional service to International Personal Banking clients
Offer financial solutions within defined parameters
Operate with client centricity mindset
Act as first point of client contact for close instructions
Interact with BCU to resolve posting restriction issues
Act as referral for complex BCU related queries
Handle interactions relating to deceased clients and fraud
Adopt positive attitude to change
Build relationships with IPB customers
Service customer needs appropriately
Engage proactively with other departments
Keep up to date with professional reading
Complete internal training requirements
Attend lunch and learn sessions
Understand end to end processes
