Must Have
Minimum of 1 year of experience in developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources, Understanding of consumer credit - including loan to value, debt to income and credit reports, Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking, Demonstrated experience with influencing business partners and leveraging centers of influence, Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office Products including Word, Excel, etc.), Working knowledge of digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing) and ability to educate clients on digital platforms and capabilities within Key
Nice to Have
Bachelor's Degree, Comfortable interacting with small business clients, overcoming objection, and asking fact-finding questions with the goal of being helpful, Notary License
