What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role, Exceptional organisational and time management skills, written and verbal English communication skills, High attention to detail and accuracy, Experience working with cloud-based systems and Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and Copilot), Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and meet deadlines, understanding of professional communication standards
Nice to Have
Experience supporting financial planning, wealth management, or professional services businesses, Familiarity with CRM systems (e. g. Intelliflo or similar), Experience using AI tools, automation platforms, or workflow systems, Social media management or content creation experience, Knowledge of Australian business practices or financial services environment
