Full Job Description
**Position:** Personal Assistant **Working Hours:** US Hours (9 AM - 5 PM EST) **Type:** Remotet, Full-Time **Salary:** Paid in South African Rand (ZAR) ### Key Responsibilities * Manage and coordinate calendars, appointments, and meetings. * Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the executives. * Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting. * Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations. * Coordinate with internal teams and external partners as needed. * Manage tasks to ensure deadlines are met. * Perform general administrative duties to support the smooth operation of the office. **Requirements** * Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role. * Excellent organizational and time-management skills. * Strong verbal and written communication abilities. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other relevant software. * Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. * High level of discretion and confidentiality. * Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. * Background in Amazon reselling advantageous **Benefits** 1.
