Must Have
Experience supporting senior leaders in a Personal Assistant role within a complex organisation, organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, Ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of discretion and professionalism, Confidence working independently and making decisions where appropriate, stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships, Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word and PowerPoint, A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment

Coordinating meetings

Collaborating with Personal Assistant colleagues to provide seamless cover and consistent support
conferences and team activities
managing logistics end to end
Supporting onboarding activity for new joiners within the team
Building effective relationships across internal and external stakeholders to support delivery of business priorities
