What You'll Do.

Manage and respond to calls and emails on behalf of the consultant

ensuring prompt and professional communication

Prepare and maintain reports

and proposals using Excel and PowerPoint

Coordination of client property viewings

Regularly monitor and update property listings through online property search portals and Property Monitor

ensuring all information is accurate

and compliant with company standards.

Coordinate daily schedules

and client appointments

Prepare and organize sales/rental contracts

and supporting documents.

Support in preparing listing presentations

and other sales-related material

Act as a liaison between the consultant and clients

ensuring smooth communication and follow-up

Coordinate with internal departments (finance

admin) for smooth deal closures.

Conduct cold calling to generate new leads and expand client database.
