Full Job Description
**Position:** Personal Assistant (ABA) **Working Hours:** US Hours (9am-5pm EST) **Location:** Full-Time, Remote (South Africa) **Salary:** South African Rand (ZAR) ### Key Responsibilities * Provide general administrative and personal assistant support to management and clinical teams * Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and coordination of meetings or appointments * Support day-to-day operations and ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently * Communicate professionally with clients, families, and internal team members * Assist with reports, documentation, data entry, and maintaining organized records * Learn and assist across different departments to gain a broad understanding of company operations * Take initiative in identifying areas where additional support may be needed * Adapt to new responsibilities and workflows as training progresses **Requirements** * Strong organizational and multitasking skills * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Computer savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace * Willingness to learn and grow within the company * Ability to work independently and in a team environment * Detail-oriented, proactive, and dependable * Previous administrative or assistant experience is beneficial but not required * Interest in the ABA field or healthcare administration is advantageous **Benefits** 1.
