What You'll Do.
Maintain understanding of permitting procedures
Collaborate with production manager(s) & plumbers
Pull building/plumbing permits
Complete building permit applications
Coordinate and schedule municipal inspections
Schedule tradesman for assigned jobs
Assist with pre-inspections
Ensure 1099 contractor plumbers or W2 plumbers have information
Utilize milestone grid
Call cities/inspectors to schedule inspections
Track permit receipts
Process 1099 contractor invoices
Provide backup to administrative production duties
