3+ years of performance-focused video editing experience, Proven experience editing for: Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok Ads, CTV ads, background in DTC / eCommerce brands, Deep understanding of: Hook-based editing, Direct response creative, Short-form retention strategies, Familiarity with performance metrics (CTR, CPA, hook rate) and how creative impacts them, Ability to take one video and generate multiple variations for testing, Proficiency in: Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects (or equivalent), CapCut or similar tools, Basic motion graphics skills (text animation, transitions, overlays)
