Nice to Have
Experience with monitoring tools like Dynatrace or AppDynamics

The candidate should have strong expertise in load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing across web, API, and distributed systems. * Design and develop performance test scripts using NeoLoad * Execute load, stress, spike, endurance, and volume tests * Analyze application performance bottlenecks and provide tuning recommendations * Monitor system performance metrics (CPU, memory, DB, network, JVM) * Work closely with development, DevOps, QA, and infrastructure teams * Prepare detailed performance test reports and dashboards * Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines * Validate SLAs, response times, throughput, and scalability targets * Conduct root cause analysis for performance issues * Support cloud and distributed load testing environments Required Skills: Mandatory * 3+ years of experience in Performance Testing * Strong experience with NeoLoad * Knowledge of: * Load Testing * Stress Testing * Endurance Testing * Spike Testing ## Qualifications Performance Test Engineer – NeoLoad * 3+ years in performance testing * Hands-on experience with NeoLoad * Expertise in Load/Stress/Endurance testing * API and web application performance testing * Experience with monitoring tools like Dynatrace or AppDynamics ## Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
