**Job Description:** **About Dentsu** Led by Dentsu Group Inc. (Tokyo: 4324; ISIN: JP3551520004), a pure holding company established on January 1, 2020, the Dentsu Group encompasses two operational networks: dentsu japan network, which oversees Dentsu’s agency operations in Japan, and dentsu international, its international business headquarters in London, which oversees Dentsu’s agency operations outside of Japan. **Role Overview** As a Performance Specialist, you will drive performance-led digital marketing initiatives by supporting the planning, execution, optimisation, and reporting of campaigns across multiple digital platforms. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to deliver data-driven strategies that improve campaign effectiveness and achieve business objectives. In this role, you will manage and optimise campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, DV360, and other programmatic platforms. You will monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics, develop actionable insights, and provide strategic recommendations to maximise ROI and overall campaign success. **Key responsibilities** * Be at the forefront of Performance knowledge (PPC, SEO, Affiliates, Display, Social, Analytics) by keeping up to date with industry news and developments * Contribute in developing new products by working with the Head of Paid Media and Performance Directors, with a focus on improving digital performance results. * Build an understanding of the client’s business and digital marketing objectives * Develop an understanding of the target audiences’ attitudes, behaviour and perceptions, using a variety of market information and research data. * Develop an understanding of the various digital media channels (search, display, affiliates, social media) and the potential for them in your clients marketing activity.
