**About Us:** **Performance Scrum Manager – Role Overview** The Performance Scrum Manager is responsible for driving Agile delivery of performance initiatives while partnering closely with business and technology teams. This role blends Scrum leadership, performance domain understanding, and hands‑on product ownership, ensuring timely, high‑quality delivery aligned with client and business priorities. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure consistent, transparent delivery of performance-related work. * Act as a primary interface between stakeholders, data teams, and engineering. * Bring strong understanding of performance and reporting concepts to guide requirement discussions and delivery decisions. * Support backlog prioritization and perform Product Owner responsibilities where required. * Use SQL and data analysis to validate performance data, support investigations, and enable informed decision-making. * Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations in a client-facing environment. **Key Skills & Experience** * 12–15 years of overall experience in investment management, financial services, or data-driven delivery environments. * Proven experience as a Scrum Master leading Agile teams. * Strong working knowledge of performance concepts. * Hands-on SQL expertise for data validation and analysis. * Ability to take on product ownership responsibilities alongside Scrum leadership. * Strong communication skills with clients and senior stakeholders, both technical and non‑technical. **About Charles River Development:** Charles River Investment management System in a platform that provides many Front-Office functions including Portfolio Management, Order Management and Execution, Compliance, Performance & Attribution, Modelling, Scenario Analysis, and Wealth Management.
