Develop approach to employee benefits
Develop approach to well-being
Develop approach to flexible working
Develop training and communication material
Select and manage external consultants
Manage associated costs
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work closely with business and HR leaders; Liaise with Area and Local units; Work closely with colleagues from finance; Work with global safety and risk management teams; A key member of the KONE Retirement Committee; A member of the KONE Performance and Reward Management Team
