Experience in benefits, retirement and wellbeing programs, Experience in a global brokerage management, Capability to develop global strategies, Collaboration and stakeholder management, Cost and risk management expertise, Well-being and prevention approach experience, Excellent communication and training skills, Vendor and consultant management, Background in global reward teams, Relevant academic degree, Full professional proficiency in English

Develop and implement global strategies

Provide guidance to reward professionals

Liaise with units to develop strategies

Develop approach to employee benefits

Develop approach to well-being

Develop approach to flexible working

Develop training and communication material

Select and manage external consultants

Manage associated costs

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Work closely with business and HR leaders; Liaise with Area and Local units; Work closely with colleagues from finance; Work with global safety and risk management teams; A key member of the KONE Retirement Committee; A member of the KONE Performance and Reward Management Team

Communication Scope

Excellent communication skills; Create clear communication materials; Ensure clear communication
