Must Have
Academic degree (or corresponding work experience) in Engineering, Physics, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field, 1–3 years of experience in engineering or a similar role, engineering background with a deep understanding of engineering systems, at least a basic knowledge of renewable energy technologies, Proficiency in advanced statistical methods and machine learning techniques, ability to develop or improve tools for large-scale data analysis, Skilled in research and evaluation of asset upgrade options, Analytical mindset with attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, ability to explain technical insights to non-technical stakeholders, Advanced user of MS Office, Fluency in English (minimum B2 level)
Nice to Have
ideally within the renewable energy sector or O&M provider organisations, technical and commercial viability assessment, Proficient in data visualization using tools such as Power BI, ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by: * Using best-practice approaches to conduct regular and ad-hoc analysis on performance verification and component health to confirm the status of renewable energy power plants, with a particular focus on High-Voltage and Power Conversion Systems * Developing, running, and improving machine learning models to maximise the benefits of data and enhance predictions, such as performance forecasting, asset deterioration, condition monitoring, and fault prediction * Identifying areas of potential performance improvement across the renewable energy portfolio * Conducting market research studies on asset upgrade options, evaluating their viability, and preparing business cases * Supporting investigations into lost production events, fault analysis, and root cause studies by providing operational
