Must Have
3+ yrs in performance testing and engineering, experience in understanding and analyse business scenarios and non-functional requirements related to performance SLAs of the application, Experience in performance test scoping, designing, scripting, test planning and execution, Hands-on expertise in LoadRunner, Solid understanding of performance test scripting (specifically Load Runner), ability to code Java, JavaScript and C/C++, Ability to analyse and identify the performance bottlenecks using Dynatrace, Splunk and log them using JIRA, Hands-on knowledge of log and application monitoring tools like Splunk, ELK /OpenSearch and Dynatrace, Self-starter, good analytical skills, proficient in troubleshooting, Worked on Agile environment – Scrum and KanBan
Nice to Have
Experience in JMeter will be added advantage, SAFe is preferred

Full Job Description
**Role Responsibilities** We are looking for a Performance & Observability Engineer with hands-on experience in application performance testing and system observability. The role involves evaluating application performance, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing effective monitoring and alerting to ensure scalability, reliability, and operational excellence across enterprise systems. The ideal candidate has hands‑on expertise with performance testing tools, strong analytical skills using observability platforms, and practical experience in Unix and AWS environments. You will also - * Design and execute performance tests using **JMeter, LoadRunner, and BlazeMeter**. * Perform load, stress, endurance, spike, and scalability testing for enterprise applications. * Analyze performance issues using **Dynatrace, Grail, Splunk, and report processing** * Build dashboards, alerts, and observability standards for proactive system monitoring. * Conduct root cause analysis across application, middleware, and infrastructure layers. * Provide tuning and optimization recommendations in collaboration with Engineering and DevOps teams. * Perform hands‑on troubleshooting in **Unix/Linux** and **AWS** environments. * Own performance and observability activities from requirement analysis to reporting. **Role Requirements** * Must have 3+ yrs in performance testing and engineering. * Strong experience in understanding and analyse business scenarios and non-functional requirements related to performance SLAs of the application. * Experience in performance test scoping, designing, scripting, test planning and execution. * Hands-on expertise in LoadRunner.
