Full Job Description
You will own and optimize the full Google Ads ecosystem, acting as the financial architect behind our paid media investments to drive profitable, scalable growth. Your mission is to maximize conversion volume while maintaining a strict Marketing Efficiency Ratio (MER), ensuring every euro spent contributes directly to business success. At PERGOLUX, we combine data-driven performance with a premium, design-led brand experience, powered by a collaborative and ambitious international team. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Own the end-to-end management of Google Ads channels (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, Demand Gen) with full accountability for performance - Monitor and optimize Smart Bidding strategies (tCPA/tROAS) to ensure alignment with profitability and business goals - Manage budget forecasting and daily pacing, ensuring efficient spend allocation without over- or under-investment - Analyze performance data to generate actionable insights and proactively recommend optimizations to stay on track with MER targets - Collaborate closely with the Global Creative Team by translating performance insights into clear creative briefs and local market feedback WHAT YOU’LL BRING - 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads accounts, ideally in an e-commerce or D2C environment - Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to manage budgets, forecast performance, and optimize toward profitability metrics (MER, ROAS, CPA) - Deep understanding of Google Ads ecosystem, including Smart Bidding, feed-based campaigns, and conversion tracking - Experience working cross-functionally with creative teams, with the ability to translate data into impactful messaging improvements - High ownership mentality with a proactive, solution-oriented approach to performance challenges BENEFITS - Competitive Salary – Your contribution is rewarded with strong, market-aligned compensation. - Company Pension Scheme – Benefit from a company-supported pension plan to help secure your long-term f
