### **Performance Marketing Specialist (Paid Ads, Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn – Remote, U.S. Hours)** ### **About the Role** We’re hiring a **Performance Marketing Specialist** to plan, execute, and optimize **paid marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms**. This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage the full funnel — from **campaign setup to optimization and scaling** — with a clear focus on **driving leads, sales, and ROI**. If you’re both **analytical and creative** , and know how to improve **CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates** , this role is for you. ### **Responsibilities** ### **Campaign Strategy & Execution** * Build and manage campaigns across **Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other paid platforms** * Plan and execute campaigns for **lead generation, sales, and brand awareness** * Create and test **ad creatives, targeting, and messaging** * Collaborate with content and creative teams for consistent campaign execution ### **Optimization & Growth** * Monitor campaign performance daily and identify **optimization opportunities** * Run structured **A/B tests** across creatives, audiences, and landing pages * Optimize **budgets, bids, and targeting** to improve ROI and efficiency * Stay updated on platform changes and best practices ### **Analytics & Reporting** * Track key metrics: **CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate** * Use **Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and ad platforms** for performance analysis * Build reports with **actionable insights and recommendations** * Use data to refine overall paid media strategy ### **Collaboration & Strategy Alignment** * Work with marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with **business goals** * Contribute to integrated strategies across **paid, organic, and content marketing** * Provide **data-backed feedback** on creatives and messaging ### **Requirements** * 3+ years of experience managing **paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn)** * Proven track
