What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of experience managing paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn), Proven track record of improving ROAS, reducing CPA, and scaling campaigns, understanding of PPC, attribution models, and conversion tracking, analytical, communication, and project management skills, Comfortable working remote during U. S. time zones

### **Performance Marketing Specialist (Paid Ads, Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn – Remote, U.S. Hours)** ### **About the Role** We’re hiring a **Performance Marketing Specialist** to plan, execute, and optimize **paid marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms**. This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage the full funnel — from **campaign setup to optimization and scaling** — with a clear focus on **driving leads, sales, and ROI**.
