ING Australia, Canstar’s Bank of the Year for seven consecutive years, is looking for an experienced **Performance Marketing Specialist** to own and drive our performance marketing program. This is a pivotal role within our Growth tribe, responsible for delivering data-led acquisition strategies that directly contribute to business growth. You’ll join a high-performing, collaborative team where innovation, experimentation and continuous optimisation are at the heart of everything we do. We’re looking for someone who combines commercial acumen with deep channel expertise—someone who can confidently translate insights into action and deliver measurable results across paid search, affiliate and programmatic channels. As a subject matter expert, you’ll take ownership across the full campaign lifecycle—from planning and implementation through to optimisation, tracking and reporting. You’ll work closely with digital specialists, product marketers and external partners, bringing a strong point of view and a test-and-learn mindset to constantly improve performance.
