**Role Title:** Performance Marketing Specialist **Location:** South Africa (Fully remote) **Type** : Long Term - Contractor **Hours** : Monday to Friday **( 01:30 am - 09:30am SAST)** **Salary** : R40 000 to R46 000 per month - Negotiable based on experience **Reporting to:** Director **About the Role:** We’re looking for someone who understands how strategy, creative, targeting, data and execution work together to drive commercial outcomes. A true performance operator. This role is primarily centred around Social Ads performance. But the person we’re looking for sees the broader system and contributes to it. **About our Client: ** Our client works across ecommerce, B2B2C, property, retail and performance-led sectors helping businesses connect strategy, creative, digital and operational thinking into measurable growth. **The four things you possess:** One: Paid social performance - you can own it end to end. * You understand how creative, messaging, offers, targeting and landing pages work together to drive outcomes. You can build strategy, deliver creative, launch campaigns, optimise performance and explain what’s actually happening underneath the numbers. * You know when a campaign problem is really a creative problem. Or a landing page problem. Or an audience saturation problem. And you know what to do next. Two: Creative instinct - you understand performance creative. * You know the difference between “make it look good” and creative that performs. * You know why some ads cut through, why some offers convert and why some messaging misses entirely. * You can shape concepts, deliver creative, and improve creative based on data rather than opinion. Three: Broader performance thinking: you can see beyond a channel. * You understand that performance doesn’t happen in a single platform. You look at how channels, creative, messaging, targeting, landing pages and conversion behaviour work together to drive commercial outcomes. * You are also capable of contributing to
