Full Job Description

## Description This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager, Paid Social based in Netherlands. This is a high-impact performance marketing role focused on scaling user acquisition across global paid social channels for both web and app-based products. You will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of multi-channel campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, X, Snapchat, and other emerging networks. The role sits at the center of a fast-paced, data-driven growth environment where experimentation, iteration, and measurable performance are key. You will collaborate closely with creative, analytics, BI, and product teams to continuously improve funnel efficiency and campaign outcomes. Your work will directly influence acquisition scale, revenue growth, and market expansion across multiple international regions. This is an opportunity to operate in a highly dynamic environment where performance, creativity, and data intersect. ## Accountabilities Design, launch, and manage user acquisition campaigns across paid social platforms including Meta, TikTok, X, Snapchat, and other relevant channels for both web and app products. Own end-to-end campaign execution including budgeting, setup, optimization, and performance tracking with a strong focus on CPA, ROAS, and LTV targets. Brief, coordinate, and optimize creative production efforts, including UGC content, in collaboration with internal and external creative teams. Continuously test and iterate on ad creatives, messaging, targeting strategies, and funnel structures to maximize campaign performance. Collaborate closely with creative, analytics, BI, and product teams to scale successful campaigns across multiple international markets.
