What You'll Be Doing - Define and manage paid campaign strategy to achieve acquisition targets and reduce customer acquisition costs. - Run growth experiments across new or emerging channels to uncover additional scalable acquisition paths. - Own the operations, optimization, and execution across all paid channels (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta, etc.), delivering against pipeline creation and ROI goals. - Test, analyze, and optimize campaigns on a per-channel basis to improve performance and efficiency. - Identify and deliver innovation opportunities, bringing fresh creative thinking to maximize paid channel effectiveness. - Collaborate with product, partnerships, design, and other cross-functional teams to ensure growth initiatives are seamlessly integrated. - Use data and experimentation to iterate on campaigns, reporting learnings and insights that inform strategy. - Support go-to-market strategies and execution for new product launches, contributing to messaging and channel mix.
