What They're Looking For.

Must Have

3+ years of experience in User Acquisition, performance marketing, or media buying, preferably in mobile gaming or mobile apps, Proven track record of scaling growth through paid acquisition channels and identifying high-impact opportunities, understanding of UA KPIs including CPI, ROAS, retention, conversion funnels, and LTV optimization, Hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and DSP, ad networks, and rewarded advertising, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions in fast-paced environments, communication, stakeholder management, and ownership mindset, BAS degree in Economics, Mathematics, Marketing, Finance, Business, or a related field

Nice to Have

experience is a plus, Advanced Excel skills, AI tools, and data visualization platforms (e. g. , Looker) are a plus, Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Creative, Data, and Marketing teams, Passion for mobile advertising, experimentation, and continuous optimization

The Marketing team deeply understands a game’s audience, creative strategy and priorities. They are the glue between the Brand, Product, and our Player Communities that will redefine our social strategy to amplify our games across new and existing social channels while building a meaningful community for our players.
