### **Performance Marketing Manager (Paid Media, Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn – Remote, U.S. Hours)** ### **About the Role** We’re hiring a **Performance Marketing Manager** who knows how to turn ad spend into **qualified leads and revenue**. You’ll own **paid media strategy, execution, and optimization** across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging channels. This is a hands-on role with clear accountability — not just managing campaigns, but improving **CPA, ROAS, and pipeline growth** month over month. If you think in funnels, test relentlessly, and make decisions based on data — this role is for you. ### **Responsibilities** ### **Paid Media Strategy & Execution** * Build and manage campaigns across **Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Reddit, TikTok** * Design and execute **full-funnel B2B lead generation strategies** * Launch campaigns end-to-end (structure, targeting, tracking, creatives, optimization) * Write **high-converting ad copy** and collaborate on creative production * Align messaging across paid, organic, and content channels ### **Optimization & Scaling** * Monitor campaigns daily and make **data-driven optimizations** * Run structured **A/B tests** across creatives, audiences, bidding, and landing pages * Optimize budgets and targeting to improve **CPA, CPL, and ROAS** * Identify and scale high-performing campaigns while maintaining efficiency * Stay updated on platform changes, algorithms, and privacy updates ### **Analytics & Reporting** * Track key metrics: **CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate (CVR)** * Use **Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and platform dashboards** to evaluate performance * Build clear reports with insights and actionable recommendations * Translate data into strategy improvements ### **Cross-Team Collaboration** * Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with **revenue goals** * Provide data-backed feedback on creatives and messaging * Contribute to broader growt
