Must Have

3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn), Proven track record improving CPA, ROAS, and campaign scalability, experience in B2B lead generation and pipeline growth, Deep understanding of PPC fundamentals (bidding, targeting, retargeting, funnel optimization), Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, UTM tracking, and attribution models, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Ability to independently launch and optimize campaigns end-to-end, ad copywriting and testing mindset

You’ll own **paid media strategy, execution, and optimization** across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging channels. This is a hands-on role with clear accountability — not just managing campaigns, but improving **CPA, ROAS, and pipeline growth** month over month.
